You can access your digital student ID and your semester ticket in the RUB mobile app. To do so, you must first link your RUB account.
The student ID for the current semester will not be displayed until the start of the semester (October 1 or April 1).
The semester ticket will appear earlier if you have re-registered. To do this, use the drop-down menu above the ticket (expired / current / upcoming).
To access your documents for the first time, start by opening the burger menu (the stacked three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner).
In the menu that opens, select “Account Management.”
This will open a screen where you first select “RUB Login ID via Shibboleth” and then “Link Account.”
You will then be requested to enter your RUB Login ID and password.
If the linking was successful, your role as a student will be displayed in Account Management.
You can now access your digital student ID and your semester ticket in your Wallet (at the bottom right of the screen, next to the “Home” icon).
Tapping the "Wallet App" icon (one of the tiles on the app's home screen) will not take you to your digital student ID, but only to the app of the same name on Apple devices or Google Wallet on Android devices.
