At RUB, the era of pen and paper has long been a thing of the past: student accounts can be largely managed from home or from a computer workplace on the campus.

ID for the utmost in security

The key to almost all online applications is the combination of a login name that is allocated to you when you enrol and a password chosen individually by every user.

  • Accessing their personal RUB email account
  • Managing their credits and academic record, checking academic details (CampusOffice)
  • Planning their curriculum online: accessing the course calendar, registering for seminars, setting up their timetable (likewise CampusOffice)
  • Managing their personal data, for example changing their address, verifying their payments (social insurance contribution)
  • Printing documents such as certificates of enrolment, overview of academic credit, NRW-Ticket for public transport
