Planning your career with a digital learning platform, chatbot and mentoring

In this workshop series, which consists of three consecutive learning units, you have the opportunity to design your Personal Development Plan (PDP) in a compact form together with selected mentors in small learning teams in a self-organised manner.

The mentors have a lot of experience from the business world. They have either managed or founded a company in the past and/or have worked or are working as a manager. The mentors take their time, listen to you and give you helpful feedback. The mentors look forward to working with you on a basis of trust.

The workshop series centres on drawing up your personal development plan. It can help you to consciously focus on your future and shape your career in a targeted manner.

Four best practices are at the heart of the Career 4.0 learning concept:

  1. talent diagnostics to identify individual strengths,
  2. the employment radar, which can be used to analyse employment potential in the local environment,
  3. expert listening to bring talent and demand together and obtain expert feedback and
  4. the start-up workshop, in which entrepreneurial skills are specifically promoted and business ideas can be further developed.

The "Career 4.0" learning platform together with a virtual learning assistant "Botty" offers the opportunity to lay the foundation for the Personal Development Plan (PDP) and to professionalise it with the support of experienced mentors.
