As we find ourselves in the year 2023, it's disheartening to acknowledge that discrimination, sexism, and challenges related to women's rights persist in our society.
To address this ongoing issue, we are dedicated to extending increased support to international women who often face a complex web of gender, race, and political discrimination, as well as feelings of isolation and solitude.
Our aim is to establish a nurturing and secure community that empowers women, granting them the confidence to excel in both their social and academic lives at the university.
We firmly believe that creating such an environment will enable women to embrace their capabilities and achieve their best potential.
If you find yourself in need of support, warmth, meaningful communication, and guidance, we invite you to join our group.
These workshops are open to women: International students, PhD students, and prospective students alike.
We encourage you to seize this opportunity to be part of a transformative journey towards empowerment and growth.
The group sessions will run for two hours every week, taking place on Wednesdays from 3 pm to 5 pm.
