Our Mental Health First Aid Workshop is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to assist someone experiencing a mental health crisis or developing a mental health problem.

  • Understanding Mental Health: Gain a foundational understanding of common mental health disorders.
  • Recognizing Signs of Distress: Learn how to identify early signs and symptoms of mental health issues, and recognize when someone might be in crisis.
