If you would like to have a scholarship processed by the scholarship administration, it needs information about the scholarship and the scholarship holder.

To this end, the holders of the respective funding body from which the scholarship is paid must submit the following documents for each scholarship holder:

• the cover letter requesting information about the scholarship holder and the scholarship
• information on the scholarship holder's financial circumstances
• a copy of the funding approval
• the guidelines for use issued by the sponsor
