The examination offices issue a medical certificate on behalf of the examination board and send it to the student concerned.

A form for the medical certificate is attached and is completed by the medical examiner. Students are free to choose a medical examiner from the following list.
- On the basis of the medical certificate, the Examination Board will make a decision.
