Selection criteria

Many of our donors provide financial support for a specific discipline or Faculty, reflecting their personal interests/preferences. Consequently, these Deutschlandstipendium scholarships are faculty-specific.

The faculties base their selection of applicants on their academic achievements to date. It is therefore possible that some faculty-specific Deutschlandstipendium scholarships can only be awarded to students who have completed a certain academic term.

In addition, RUB also allocates a number of general scholarships, which are awarded to students of all disciplines.
