RUB eCampus gives students access to many useful services that help them organize their studies.
You can contact the Registrar’s Office, the Admission and Enrollment Office and the Scholarship Office in person, by post, telephone or email.
For concerns that are not urgent, we recommend that you send your request by email. Your email will usually be answered within 24 hours.

Please use your official RUB email address as proof of identity. Only then are we allowed to process and communicate your personal data. Please note: For most requests it is helpful to state your matriculation number.

No registration is required for open consultation hours. Please first draw a waiting number at the service point in the foyer of the University Administration (UV) building.
When it is your turn, your number will appear on the monitor in the waiting area.
