During the Christmas and New Year period from 21.12.2024 to 01.01.2025, the Registrar's Office will not be available by telephone or e-mail. Personal consultation hours will also be canceled during this period. Telephone and e-mail inquiries will be answered again from 02.01.2025. Personal consultation hours will take place again from 06.01.2025.

At the U35 stop (“Ruhr-Universität”): turn right and walk over the pedestrian bridge in the direction of the university. The Student Service Centre (SSC) is the first building on the left after the bridge, just behind the University Administration (UV).
Take the exit “Uni Mitte” from Universitätsstraße. Keep left as you approach the car park and turn left after the Information Point. From the car park, take the stairs up to the footbridge over Universitätsstraße.
