The Registrar’s Officet will be closed for Christmas and New Year from December 22, 2025, through January 4, 2026, and will not be available by phone or email during this period. No registration is required for open consultation hours. Please first draw a waiting number at the service point in the foyer of the University Administration (UV) building.
When it is your turn, your number will appear on the monitor in the waiting area.

At the U35 stop (“Ruhr-Universität”): turn right and walk over the pedestrian bridge in the direction of the university. The Student Service Centre (SSC) is the first building on the left after the bridge, just behind the University Administration (UV).
Take the exit “Uni Mitte” from Universitätsstraße. Keep left as you approach the car park and turn left after the Information Point. From the car park, take the stairs up to the footbridge over Universitätsstraße.
