If you have any questions about your enrollment application or would like to get advice from the enrollment office, you have various options for contacting us.

Advice via email

Please feel free to send us an email and describe your request as precisely as possible. Please remember to include your name and, if you already have one, your application number.

You can reach our Hotline via this number

at the following times:

  • Monday: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 10 to 12 o'clock
  • Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Thursday: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Friday: 10 to 12 o'clock
Personal consultation hours

  • Tuesday 9 - 11 a.m
  • Thursday 13 - 15 p.m.

Alternatively, you can also spontaneously take a waiting ticket on Level 0 in the Student Service Center (SSC) or in the foyer of the University Administration (UV) at the times mentioned above.

Collecting your student ID card

We will usually send your student ID card by post to your German address within three weeks of enrollment. If you didn't have a German address at the time of enrollment or your ID card didn't reach you within the above-mentioned time, you can book an appointment to pick up your RUB card using the link below:

Please note: This appointment booking is only for newly enrolled students who have not yet received an RUB card. If you already had an RUB card and now need a new one, please contact the Registrar´s Office.
