Advice via email

Complex issues in particular are often easiest to clarify in writing. Please send us an e-mail and describe your request as precisely as possible. Please remember to include your name and, if available, your application and/or enrollment number in your e-mail.

at the following times:

  • Monday: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 10 to 12 o'clock
  • Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Thursday: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Friday: 10 to 12 o'clock

Personal consultation hours

We do not require prior registration for open consultation hours. In the Student Service Centre (SSC), please first draw a waiting mark at the reception desk on level 0..

When it is your turn, your number will appear on the monitor in the waiting area.

  • Tuesday 9 - 11 a.m
  • Thursday 13 - 15 p.m.
