The enrollment office will not be available by phone or email during the Christmas and New Year period from December 21, 2025 to January 4, 2026 inclusive. Personal consultation hours will also be cancelled during this period.

Alternatively, you can also spontaneously take a waiting ticket on Level 0 in the foyer of the University Administration (UV) at the times mentioned above.
We will usually send your student ID card by post to your German address within three weeks of enrollment. If you didn't have a German address at the time of enrollment or your ID card didn't reach you within the above-mentioned time, you can book an appointment to pick up your RUB card using the link below:

Please note: This appointment booking is only for newly enrolled students who have not yet received an RUB card. If you already had an RUB card and now need a new one, please contact the Registrar´s Office.
The enrollment office is located in the Student Service Center (SSC) on campus.
