You did not receive any reply to your e-mails?

After a cyber attack at the beginning of May, all the RUB servers were shut down as a precautionary measure, which is why it was not possible to receive/read and send any mails for a long period of time.

Unfortunately not all mails sent to the mailbox during this period could be restored.

If you have not yet received a reply to an e-mail request between the beginning of May and 21.06.2020, please send another e-mail with your request.
