Enrolment deadlines

• Students (enrolments in non-restricted study programs): 11/Dec/2024 – 15/Apr/2025
  Applicants for degree programs with restricted admissions receive the deadlines for enrolment in their admissions letter.
• Cross-registered students / Guest auditors (first registration): 15/Jan/2025 – 15/Apr/2025
  No admission to courses of study with admission restrictions (cross-registered students). Admission deadlines for guest auditors of RUB's further education facilities will be announced separately.
• Doctoral candidates / students in higher semester (admission-free degree programs)

Students

• Re-registration (payment of social contribution) 13/Jan/2025 - 28/Feb/2025
  Registrar's office re-registers after receipt of payment of the full social contribution
• Leave of absence (proposal to the Registrar's Office): 13/Jan/2025 – 28/Feb/2025

Cross-registered students

• Re-registration (submission of a certificate of enrolment from the primary university for summer semester 2025): 13/Jan/2025 – 31/Mar/2025

Guest auditors

• Re-registration (payment of guest auditor registration fee): 13/Jan/2025 – 28/Aug/2025
  Registrar's office re-registers after receipt of payment of the full guest auditor registration fee
