• Deadline for applications for lottery procedure (start - end): early March 2026 - 31/Mar/2026
  (Allocation of available study places after completion of the "Hochschulstart" or RUB allocation procedures in degree programs with restricted admission. Applying is only possible online.)
• Deadline for applications for degree programs with restricted admissions in higher semesters: early Dec – 15/Mar/2026
• Application Deadline for International applicants (all degree programs): 15/Jan/2026

• Students (enrolments in non-restricted study programs): 11/Dec/2025 – 15/Apr/2026
  Applicants for degree programs with restricted admissions receive the deadlines for enrolment in their admissions letter.
• Cross-registered students 11/Dec/2025 - 15/Apr/2026
  No admission to courses of study with admission restrictions.
• Guest auditors (first registration): 15/Jan/2026 – 15/Apr/2026
  Admission deadlines for guest auditors of RUB's further education facilities will be announced separately.
• Students in higher semester (admission-free degree programs) 15/Jan/2026 – 30/Apr/2026
• Doctoral candidates: year-round
